The short answers.
Which package fits my home?
Quick is under 1,500 sq ft ($135). Standard is 1,500–2,999 sq ft ($169). Signature is 3,000–4,499 sq ft ($199). Estate is 4,500+ sq ft and gets its own quote.
How does the Team plan work, and can I add agents?
Yes. Team is $399 a month (or $3,990 a year) for 3 shoots a month, shared by your whole team. Add up to 10 agents and the price stays the same. Each plan shoot covers a home up to 3,000 sq ft. Extra shoots beyond 3 are billed at the single-shoot price for the home's size (Quick $135, Standard $169). Bigger homes are billed at the single price too: Signature (3,000–4,499 sq ft) is $199, and Estate (4,500+ sq ft) is quoted. An unused shoot rolls over one month.
How fast will I get my photos?
Most galleries are 24–48 hour delivery. Need it faster? Add Rush for $49 when you book.
What does a monthly plan include, and does an unused shoot roll over?
Quick, Standard, and Signature each include one shoot a month of that size, and Team includes three shoots a month for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. An unused shoot rolls over one month.
How long are you on site?
Up to 1 hour for every home shoot, on a single booking or a monthly plan. We arrive with a shot list, light every room true to life, and stay out of your seller's way; most homes take less. Estate time is set by the quote. Shooting a bigger group or a whole team? Add time: Any additional 30 minutes for any of the packages will be $50.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly is 2 months free. You pay for 10 months and get 12.
What do members pay for an extra shoot?
Extra shoots cost the single-shoot price for the home's size. Quick is $135, Standard is $169, Signature is $199, and Estate is quoted.
How does travel work?
Travel is straight-line miles from Rowlett, TX to the listing's ZIP code. Free within 25 miles, $25 flat from 25 to 50 miles, and $1 a mile past 50.
What is included with every shoot?
Free Just Listed social pack, 3 Instagram graphics, with every shoot.
How does a referral work?
Refer an agent and you both get $25 credit after their first paid shoot. No cap.
